Note: Provide at least one contact location: Extension, Office, Mobile,
Home, or Other.
4. When you have completed entering the information, select Options,
Save.
Your new friend is added to the MCC 3100 local address book and
appears on the Friends screen. Your friend does not appear on the
Contacts screen.
Editing and deleting a friend
You can edit friends that you have added to the MCC 3100. You are able
to update the following information:
• Friend’s extension
• Friend’s name
• Friend’s contact information
Editing a friend
1. From the MCC 3100 for Nokia Main screen, select the Friends link or
Options, Friends.
2. Highlight the friend you want to edit.
Default prefix Select your friend’s default prefix. Options
include:
• Use No Prefix
• Local Prefix
• Long Distance Prefix
• International Prefix
• Corporate Prefix
The system automatically inserts this prefix
ahead of the Call to contact number when you
place a call to your friend.
