Placing a call on hold
While the call is connected, select Options, Hold Call.
The call is placed on hold.
Retrieving a held call
Select Options, Unhold Call.
Call transfer
There are two types of call transfers available:
Blind—Transfer the call without speaking to the other party.
Supervised—Speak to the other party before transferring the call.
Transferring a call
1. While in a call, select Options, Features.
2. Dial the number of the other party.
3. Select Hold & Call.
The call is placed on hold.
4. To complete a blind transfer, select Options, Transfer Call from the
menu while the call is still ringing.
5. To complete a supervised transfer, wait for an answer, consult, then
select Transfer Call.
6. To resume the call, select Options, Cancel Call from the menu while
the call is ringing.
Call swap
You can call another party while you are engaged in an established two-
party call.
CAUTION
Do not press the red End key to transfer a
call. The call will be dropped.
