5. Repeat for all users in the group.
Select one or more users in one group and add them to another group.

Add users to a group after you search in the Corporate Directory. For
more information, see “Searching the corporate directory” on
page 64.
Managing users in a group
View users, delete users, query the presence status of users, and add
users to another group. You can save your preferred selection settings for
the users of a group.
Managing users in a group
1. From the MCC 3100 for Nokia Main screen, select the Groups link;
or, from the MCC 3100 for Nokia Main screen menu select Options,
Group Mgmt.
The Group Management screen appears.
2. From the Group List, select a group.
3. Select Options, Group Details.
The Group Details screen appears.
4. Select or deselect the users you wish to manage.
5. From the menu, select one of the following options:
— Options, Call to initiate an instant conference to the selected
users.
— Options, IM to send an instant message to a selected user.
— Options, Edit to view or edit the selected user on the Edit Friend
screen. Only one friend at a time can be edited.
— Options, Query Presence to query the presence status of a
selected user. The users must be mobility enabled.
— Options, Add to Another Group to add the selected users to
another group.
— Options, Select All to select all users in a group.
— Options, Clear All to remove all selected users in a group.
