Overview

Install the Mobile Communication Client (MCC) 3100 Administration

Tool on a computer that meets the minimum hardware and software

requirements. For more information, see “Installation requirements” (page

18).

Installation

The MCC 3100 Administration Tool installs from the MC 3100 CD

(contained in an ISO file).

The distribution CD contains two files and a folder.

Procedure 1 “Installing the MCC 3100 Administration Tool” (page

25) describes the steps to install the MCC 3100 Administration Tool

application.

ATTENTION

Nortel recommends that you install the MCC 3100 Administration Tool on a

secure PC. The MCC 3100 Administration Tool does not provide user-level

management; therefore, anyone who has access to the file can use the

application.
