Email Dispatch disabled

If you disable Email Dispatch, you can manually deliver users’ licence

keys and instructions. For more information, see Procedure 5 “Manually

delivering user license keys and instructions” (page 32).

Step Action

1 On the administration computer, open the

.../AdminTool_nortel/profiles directory.

2 Locate the user’s license key.

The naming format for license keys is <PIN>_license.txt.

3 Create a copy of the user’s license key and rename it:

license.txt

4 Send the license.txt file and instructions to the user.

System proﬁles

A system profile contains information that you can reuse when you deploy

or regenerate user profiles.

Except for some user-specific details (such as name, extension number,

and e-mail address), the system profile also contains all of the information

required to configure users in your organization.

You can create multiple system profiles. For example, you can use one

profile to deploy individual users and another to deploy users in bulk. You

can use different system profiles for different office locations.

33).
