5 To change the sort order of the list, click a column title.

6 To filter the list, enter your filter criteria in the text box and select

a filter option from the list.

The following filter options are available:

• User Name

•

First Name

•

Last Name

• Extension

• Email

•

Organization

•

Template

7 To close the User Profile Browser, click the X in the upper right

corner of the User Profile Browser.

Single user redeployment

You select an individual user profile in the Profile Browser and load it on

the User Profile page where you update all parameters except the PIN

field. After the updates are complete, you redeploy the user profile to the

user. For more information, see Procedure 11 “Redeploying a single user

profile” (page 51).

ATTENTION

Redeployment does not use an extra license key.

Redeploying a single user profile

Step Action

1 Start the Administration Tool.

2 Select the User Profile tab.

3 Click User Profile Browser.

4 Search the list to locate the user profile that you want to

redeploy.

5 Select the user profile that you want to redeploy.

6 Click Load.
