You must configure all of the SIP Virtual Trunks to WNK WNK.
The Route Data Block is ESN5 if the output from Element Manager, or a
terminal window, is:

ATTENTION
If the Route Data Block (RDB) already has associated Virtual Trunks and is
configured to SIGO STD, you must remove all Virtual Trunks before you can
change the RDB to ESN5.
Enable transfer between trunks
To support transfer from the Nortel Mobile Communication Client 3100
(SIP REFER), you must enable transfer between SIP trunks. For more
information, see Procedure 15 “Enabling transfer between SIP trunks”
(page 59).
