Nortel Mobile Communication Client 3100 for Windows Mobile 61
PCA configuration
As described in Procedure 14 “Configuring MCC 3100 for Windows Mobile
Dual Mode support for CS 1000” (page 55), you can use two PCAs to
extend calls to both interfaces of the Nortel Mobile Communication Client
3100. The target DN of the PCA used to extend calls to the SIP interface
of the Nortel Mobile Communication Client 3100 must be in the following
format:
<AC><Mobility HLOC><ESN number>
The mobility HLOC is a prefix to all mobile user identities on the PCA
target DN. The main purpose of the Mobility HLOC is to provide a digit
sequence that is unique within the SIP domain to identify a MCC 3100 for
Windows Mobile Dual Mode client that does not conflict with the existing
dial plan and routing configuration for their Coordinated Dialing Plan (CDP)
and Universal Dialing Plan (UDP) numbers.
