Valid entries Usage
adjunct
Causes a message to be sent to an adjunct requesting
routing instructions based on the CTI link number.
announcement
Provides the caller with a recorded announcement.
busy
Gives the caller a busy signal and causes termination of
vector processing.
check
Checks the status of a split (skill) for possible termination
of the call to that split (skill).
