Problem description
When a 4625SW is registered to a S8300 and inadvertently calls a FAX machine, the phone locks up. It locks up because the phone is
unregistered and therefore has no dial tone after this call. The phone needs to be rebooted to clear issue.
Resolution
Upgrade to R2.7 or higher.
