Problem description
If a 4620SW or similar IP phone model has its handset out of the cradle when that extension is taken over by another phone, it will not
get dial tone when it registers back with that extension, even if the handset was subsequently put back in the cradle.
Resolution
Issue will be fixed in 2.8GA.
