4610, 4620 and 4621 IP Telephones only show 9 digits in call log instead of 10 for incoming calls with R2.8.

Problem description
Caller ID shows all ten digits when call is coming in. When users press the Call Log button on the phone, they are shown the list of
incoming calls. In this display they can only see 9 digits out of the 10 digits. The first digit of the area code is always missing.
Resolution
Issue was fixed in IPT patch R2.836.
