Keypad becomes unresponsive on 1616 and 1608 IP Telephones.

Problem description
Randomly and intermittently, 1616 and 1608 IP phones will lock up, where the keypad becomes unresponsive. The issue has been
found to occur in call center environments, where the only way to bring the phone back into service is to perform a reboot by
unplugging and plugging back CAT 5 cable.
Resolution
This issue has been resolved with a firmware patch available from the link below.
