Problem description
All outbound calls from a particular SIP endpoint fail even though all admin has been verified and looks OK.
Resolution
If a particular endpoint or group of endpoints is unable to place an outbound call, and all other admin appears to be properly done,
verify the ip address of that endpoint is NOT in the ip-network-map table on CM. If it is in this table, verify which Network Region it
is being directed to. If configuration allows either change the network-map to not include this address or add the appropriate SIP
Domain to the Authoritative Domain field on that Network region form. The 3rd alternative is to reassign an ip address to the endpoint
which is not affected by the network-map table.
