Problem description
Basic call management reporting desktop shows missing interval’s in historical reports when the interval on Communication Manager is
set BCMS/VuStats Measurement Interval:half-hour.
Resolution
In the Communication Manager the end-user should set BCMS/VuStats Measurement Interval:hour, so that Basic Call Management
Reporting Desktop reports for one hour historical interval.
