Troubleshooting

8510 The configuration files are not
accessible through the share.
On the Server application go to
menu item Options|Configure|
Sharing Setup and note the
name of the share.
On the Client PC use Explorer to
check that the configuration files
are accessible through the share
noted above. The configuration
files are “BCMSSwitch” and
“BCMSFields”.
8511 The Server has detected a
problem with the database.
Check the Server to see what sort
of problem has occurred. If none
is showing, request a download.
If this works, try the Client
again.
8512 The Server you selected could
not be found.
Verify that the BCMS Vu Server
you have requested is running.
