2.3.3.1 General Alarm Relay Settings
The ADPRO FastTrace is equipped with a special set of relay contacts for use with external monitoring equipment,
for example, a fire or burglar alarm monitoring panel. The General Alarm Relay settings can be used to alert these
external devices when an alarm is detected by the ADPRO FastTrace.
The electrical contacts of the General Alarm Relay can be used to notify external equipment that the ADPRO
FastTrace has changed its operational state.
2.3.3.1.1 Active When
Options: On Event, On Connection to Site
Factory Default: On Event
The General Alarm Relay contacts can be set to activate when either:
1. An (alarm) event occurs. i.e when a dial out trigger is activated, or
2. The unit is online to ADPRO Video Central Lite.
When activated, the contacts of the General Relay will switchover from the inactive (rest) state and remain switched
until either the event is acknowledged or the unit goes off-line.
