2.3.4.5.2.6 Modifying a Profile Layout
The placement of cameras within the layout can be altered at any time using Drag & Drop operations.
This reshuffle will always involves two cameras swapping their placements, as Layout control will not
allow a camera and a vacant place to swap locations.
2.3.4.6 Entry/Exit Behaviour
Entry/Exit Path
By specifying an Alarm Input as an Entry Point and other Alarm Inputs as Entry/Exit Path Zones, users can define
the route used to enter or exit an area protected by the ADPRO FastTrace.
General rules for configuring alarm sources on Entry/Exit Paths & Entry Points when using ADPRO FastTrace:
an alarm input must be associated with a camera
associated cameras must have a valid recording mode enabled. i.e. not ‘do not record’. (refer to Section
2.3.4.4.2) for recording mode options)
dial out on event must be enabled for that camera. (refer to Section 2.3.4.4.5.2 for details)
dial out only in secure must be enabled for that camera. (refer to Section 2.3.4.4.5.2 for details)
NOTE
An entry point cannot be configured to use activity detection to trigger an event.
An alarm input must be used to trigger an entry point event.
