6. In the Video tab, you can set the video format and audio format.
7. If you want to change the settings of your own file format, click Modify. Or click
Delete to remove the unwanted file format that you created.
8. Click Apply to save the settings and click OK to exit the current dialog box. To abort
this operation, click Cancel.
Note: To determine the length of recording and to choose a destination folder in which
to save the recorded audio, please refer to the section titled Recording Setting in
Chapter 6.

File Format Description
MPEG-1
Choose MPEG-1 format for video files that are intended for CD-ROM
playback on a computer or for Internet transmission. MPEG-1 allows
file compression and offers VHS quality picture. Just about every
system available today can play MPEG-1 and does not need special
software or hardware.

Videos compressed using MPEG-2 have extremely high quality pictures
