The AVerTV application provides a convenient tool, which allows users to contact
AVerMedia’s customer service department easily via our website. Please make sure that you
have already connected to the Internet.
To contact the customer service:
1. Right-click on the TV monitor window. When a menu list
pop-up, choose About (as shown at right).
2. When a information dialog box appear, select the office in
your area from the drop-down list.

Click to connect to our website. Then click to exit the current dialog box.
