8. Click Add. The Create New Channel Group dialog box appears.
a. Set the name of the group to something eight characters or less with no spaces.
b. Click Add for each channel in the group and select the appropriate device channel.
To configure the Lyric software:
1. In the Lyric application, select Config > Intelligent Interface.
2. Select the Enable Telnet check box.

When switching from ControlAir to Command (from serial to telnet communications), be
sure to change all macros on the device so that the Chyron Intelligent Interface
configuration setting does not get altered inadvertently.
