4. Make your adjustments by doing one of the following:
t Adjust one or more of the individual sliders or buttons.

t Use the Color Match control to make a correction by selecting input and output colors.
For more information, see “Using the Color Match Control” on page 625.
t (Symphony Option) Use the automatic color correction buttons.
For more information, see “Adjusting Contrast and Balance Automatically” on page 620.
Using the Sliders in the Controls Tab of the HSL Group
The following illustration shows the components of the HSL controls.

For information on using the Enable button for a control to turn the control on or off or to reset the
control to its default value, see “Working with the Enable Buttons” on page 602.
To adjust the HSL sliders, do one of the following:
t Type a value in the text box, and then press Enter (Windows) or Return (Macintosh).
t Drag the slider.
t Click one of the direction buttons to change the value in small increments.
t Click one of the direction buttons, and press and hold the mouse button to change the value
quickly over a large range.
To change the numerical value of a control by small increments:
t Click in the text box, and then press the Up Arrow key to increase the value or the Down Arrow
key to decrease the value.
To use the mouse scroll wheel to change values for a control:
1. Click the slider or click in the text box.
2. Do one of the following:
t Use the scroll wheel to change the value in small increments.
t Press and hold the Shift key and use the scroll wheel to change the value in increments of -
10 or +10.
