Motion Effects
Freeze Frame, Variable Speed, and Strobe Motion effects are traditional (source-side) motion
effects that you create as new clips. For more information, see “Creating Traditional Motion
Effects” on page 201.

Creates a new clip that repeats the current frame in the Source monitor for the specified duration
Apply to Current frame in the Source monitor
