Audio Meters in the Timeline
The Audio meters in the Timeline allow you to view and adjust audio levels
without opening the Audio tool. The Audio meter displays two channels of
audio.
To display the Audio meters in the Timeline:
t Click the Meter Menu button, and select Show Audio Meters.
The Audio meters display in the Timeline.
When a sequence is in the Timeline and you press the Play button, the
Audio meter displays the audio levels of the audio tracks in your
sequence.

When the Audio meter is hidden, extra mappable buttons are available. For
more information on mapping buttons, see “Mapping User-Selectable
Buttons” in the Help.
