To specify a language in which to type (Windows 7):
1. (Option) Attach a regional keyboard to your system.
2. Click the Start button, and select Control Panel.
3. Do one of the following:
t If the View by menu is set to Category, in the Clock, Language, and Region area, click
“Change display language.”
t If the View by menu is set to Large icons or to Small icons, click Region and Languages.
The Region and Language dialog box opens.
4. Click the Formats tab, and then click the Format menu and select a language.
5. Click the Location tab, and then click the Current location menu and select your location.
6. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
