Marking with ScriptSync
Some Avid editing applications include the ScriptSync feature (purchased separately).
ScriptSync uses phonetic-indexing technology from Nexidia
™
to analyze the audio portion of a
clip and match it to lines of the script text.
To add script marks with ScriptSync:
1. Select one or more takes that include audio.
2. Double-click any line in the take to select the take and load it into a monitor.
3. Select Script > ScriptSync.
The ScriptSync dialog box opens.
