4 Click the “check mark” button to accept the re-
quest or click the “x” button to reject the re-
quest.
5 Once you have accepted the request, you can
open and download the project (either by dou-
ble-clicking the project icon in the Artist Chat
Project list or from the Dashboard), and begin
collaborating.
History
Artist Chat History provides a comprehensive list
of all contact requests and collaboration invita-
tions, as well as archived items from the Project list
and the Chat list (see “Move to or Restore from
Artist Chat History” on page 373).
Each item lists the contact name, whether it is a
contact request or collaboration invitation (includ-
ing project name), and date. The list is always
sorted by date (most recent first).
To view Artist Chat History:
Click History in the left column of the Artist
Chat window.
Projects
The Projects list shows all of the online projects
that you are currently own or collaborating on. Of-
fline projects are only shown in the
Projects list in
the Dashboard. In the Projects pane, you can show
or hide the collaboration transaction log, review
the collaboration transaction logs for the selected
project, invite contacts to collaborate on the proj-
ect, and chat with users who are collaborating on
the project. You can also “pin” projects to the top
of the list or leave a project (if you are not the proj-
ect owner).
Only the owner of the project can invite or remove
collaborators from the project. Though all collabo-
rates can message each other independently or as a
group.
To view Projects in the Artist Chat window:
1 Click the Projects list in the left column of the
Artist chat window. If the Projects list was col-
lapsed, it is revealed to show all projects that
you own or are collaborating on. You can reveal
or collapse the Projects list by click the re-
veal/collapse triangle to the left of
Projects.
2 Select the project you want.
3 The chat for the selected project appears and
shows who is working on the project, the col-
laboration transaction logs, and lets you invite
collaborators to the project from your contacts.
You can also accept or reject invitations to
collaborate on a project in the Dashboard
(see “Project Collaboration Invitations in the
Dashboard” on page 183).
