In the example below, the network is operating in Manual Mode, and data
from Pro64 Port B will be sent to the Pro16 outputs.
Port B has been selected in Manual Mode as the source of the Pro64 data to
be output in the Pro16 format.
Pro64 Network Sample Rate
Whenever the ASI A‑Net Systems Interface is part of a valid Pro64 network,
one of the Sample Rate LEDs will be lit. The Sample Rate LED will indicate the
current sample rate range in use by the network. The actual sample rate is
set at the Pro64 device designated as the Clock Master.
In this diagram, the Pro64 network is operating at the 2x range, 88.2/96kHz.
Pro64 networks can operate at sample rates in three ranges without the use
of sample rate converters. The current network sample rate also determines
the number of available A‑Net Slots.
Sample Rate Pro64 A-Net Slots Available
44.1/48kHz 64
88.2/96kHz 32
176.4/192kHz 16
