Connecting Personal Mixers
To connect Pro16 Series Personal Mixers to the ASI, serial or parallel
connections can be used. Remember that each Pro64 data stream that is
output from the A‑Net Systems Interface contains unique data, meaning that
up to four discrete monitoring systems can be connected at a time (at the
Pro64 48kHz sample rate).
Pro16 Series Connections
To connect a Personal Mixer to the ASI, connect one port on the ASI (for
example channels 1‑16) to the A‑Net In on the Personal Mixer. Connect
additional Personal Mixers as needed by daisy chaining or in parallel with an
A‑Net Distributor.

The ASI, connected to a Pro64 network via Port A, sends channels 1-16 to a
group of Pro16 Personal Mixers connected in series. An unlimited number of
Personal Mixers can be connected in series.
Connecting Personal Mixers in Parallel
Any Pro16 output on the A‑Net Systems Interface can be connected to a
Pro16 A‑Net Distributor to allow parallel connection of Pro16 Series devices.
