8.5.1 Physical Installation of Sterilizable Tags (T2S)
Please provide Awarepoint with the model of the tray-container for the appropriate clip
and instructions.

The torque setting used for the T2S mounting plate is 12 in-lbs (max).
Note: Do not over tighten. If these screws are over tightened, it can crack the case
and the cleaning fluid will enter the case.
8.6 Optical Sensor Tag
These Tags are meant to alert you when they have been removed.
A piece of aluminum tape should be mounted directly under the optical sensor window
on the Tag on the asset. The tape should be cut large enough to cover the area of the
Optical Sensor, but small enough so that it doesn’t extend beyond the Tag (should be
about ½” square).
