3. Make changes to the asset information, then choose Apply.
9.4 Delete Assets
Before deleting an asset, you must first take it out of service. When you take an asset
out of service, it preserves the history but removes it from the Searchpoint search. It
retires the asset but it can be returned to service at a later time. One example of taking
an asset out of service would be when a rental asset is returned.
1. Find the asset you would like to delete.
For example, to delete the Isolux Headlight, search for Headlights and then
choose the Edit button.
