STEPS MUST BE FOLLOWED IN THIS SEQUENCE
TO PROPERLY OPEN/RAISE AND CLOSE/FOLD

Simply raise the Front Handle first and check
that it firmly locks into position.
Raise Rear Handle until it locks into position.

Step down on front Foot Lever #2 and lower Rear Handle until it locks into its’ closed position.
Step down on rear Foot Lever #1 and lower Front Handle until it locks into its’ closed position.

*Double check that both handles have securely locked
into position before loading and moving the dolly.
