-Increasethecompression.

-TurnondynamicFPS.

Viewalivevideostreamonamonitor

YourcameracantransmitalivevideostreamtoanHDMImonitorevenwithoutanetworkconnection.Themonitorcanbeusedfor

surveillancepurposesorforpublicviewing,e.g.inastore.

1.ConnectanexternalmonitorusingtheHDMIconnector.

2.ChangetheHDMIsettingsunderSettings>System>HDMI.

Important

InordertoviewthevideostreamviatheHDMIconnector,besuretoselectacapturemodethatsupportsHDMI.

Setupnetworkstorage

Tostorerecordingsonthenetwork,youneedtosetupnetworkstorage:

1.GotoSettings>System>Storage.

2.ClickSetupunderNetworkstorage.

3.EntertheIPaddressofthehostserver.

4.Enterthenameofthesharedlocationonthehostserver.

5.Movetheswitchifthesharerequiresalogin,andenterusernameandpassword.

6.ClickConnect.

Recordandwatchvideo

Torecordvideoyoumustrstsetupnetworkstorage,seeSetupnetworkstorageonpage1 1,orhaveanSDcardinstalled.

1.Gotothecamera’sliveview.

2.Tostartarecording,clickRecord.Clickagaintostoptherecording.

Watchvideo

1.ClickStorage>Gotorecordings.

2.Selectyourrecordinginthelistanditwillplayautomatically.

Setuprulesandalerts

Youcancreaterulestomakeyourdeviceperformanactionwhencertaineventsoccur.Aruleconsistsofconditionsandactions.

Theconditionscanbeusedtotriggertheactions.Forexample,thedevicecanstartarecordingorsendanemailwhenitdetects

motion,orshowanoverlaytextwhenitrecords.
