-Recording—triggerstherulewhentheAxisproductrecordstothestoragedevice.Therecordingstatustrigger

canbeusedtonotifytheoperator,forexamplebyashingLEDlights,iftheproducthasstartedorstoppedto

recordtothestoragedevice.Notethat,thistriggercanbeusedonlyforedgestoragerecordingstatus.

-SystemReady—triggertherulewhentheproducthasbeenstartedandallservicesarerunning.Thiscanfor

examplebeusedtosendanoticationwhentheproductrestarts.

•Time

-Recurrence—triggertheruleperiodically,seeRecurrences,onpage38.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtoupload

animageevery5minutes.

-UseSchedule—triggertheruleaccordingtotheselectedschedule,seeSchedules,onpage38.

SettingUpanActionRule

Anactionruledenestheconditionsthatmustbemetfortheproducttoperformanaction,forexamplerecordvideoorsendan

emailnotication.Ifmultipleconditionsaredened,allofthemmustbemettotriggertheaction.

camera’seldofview.
