LIMITED WARRANTY

Axis Energy Partners, exclusively through its factories, warrants t h e f o l l ow i n g Products

to be free from defect in material and

workmanship for ten (10) years.

Street lights, High bays, Floods, Wall Packs, Canopies, Panel Lights & T8 Liner Tubes.

Axis Energy Partners, exclusively through its factories, warrants th e f o l l o w i n g re t r o f i t

Products (small bulb products), whereby Axis Energy Partners is not supplying a new fixture,

to be free from defect in material and

workmanship for five (5) years.

Par series, Cobs, R30s, Mr16s, R series A19s, Down Light

Buyer must notify Axis Energy Partners, in writing, within 30 days of noticing the defect. Return authorization

is required. Axis Energy Partners reserves the right to change Product design without assuming any

obligation to modify any Product previously manufactured. Axis Energy Partners shall have no liability for

failure of items in which Products are incorporated; or aesthetic imperfections not affecting Product function.

THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. THERE ARE NO OTHER

WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS

FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AXIS ENERGY PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. REMEDY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR

REPAIR AT AXIS ENERGY PARTNERS’ DISCRETION. AXIS ENERGY PARTNERS IS NOT

RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DUE TO REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION OR COST OF REMOVAL,

SHIPPING OR INSTALLATION OF REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCT.

If Axis Energy Partners furnishes advice or assistance for Product, or any system or equipment in which

Product may be installed, such advice or assistance shall not subject Axis Energy Partners to liability,

whether in contract, warranty, tort, negligence or otherwise.

This Limited Warranty shall be void in the event of accident, abuse, damage, improper transport, improper

handling, improper service, improper storage, improper installation, improper maintenance, tampering,

alteration or repair not performed by Axis Energy Partners, negligence, use different from intended use,

power supplied to any part of the Product exceeding rated tolerance, external device attached by Buyer

that causes excessive operating conditions, practice causing conditions exceeding the design tolerance of the

Product, serial or batch ID removed or defaced, acts of God, vandalism, fire, civil disturbance or failure to

comply with operating instructions.

SPECIFIC LIMITED WARRANTY

1. For the sooner of 5 years or 50,000 hours: Plug and Play Tubes.

For the sooner of 5 years or 35,000 hours: small bulbs,

i.e. Par series, R30s, Mr16s, R

series, candelabras & A19s.

3. For the sooner of 10 years or 70,000 hours: Street lights, High bays, Floods, Wall Packs,

Canopies, Cans/Downlights, Panel Lights, & T8 Liner Tubes.

1. LUMEN MAINTENANCE FAILURE If lumen depreciation is greater than 30%, as determined by comparing the current lumen output (+/- 10%) to the specified lumen output. 2. COLOR SHIFT FAILURE If the CCT tolerances are exceeded for the specified CCT: 2700K: 2725±145K; 3000K: 3045±175K; 3500K: 3465±245K; 4000K: 3985±275K; 4500K: 4503±243K; 5000K: 5028±283K; 5700K: 5665±355K; and 6500K: 6530±510K. 3. POWER SUPPLY / DRIVER FAILURE (LUMINAIRES) Power supplies and drivers are warranted against failure.
