Groups

Groupsallowyoutomanageusersandtheiraccessrightscollectivelyandefciently.Agroupconsistsofcredentialsthattellthe

Eachusermustbelongtooneormoregroups.Toaddausertoagroup,draganddroptheusertothedesiredgroupintheGroups

Tocreateanewgroup:

1.IntheGroupstab,clickAddnewgroup.

2.IntheAddGroupdialog,enterthegroup’scredentials.

3.ClickSave.

ToexpandanitemintheGroupslistandviewitsmembers,dooraccessrightsandschedules,click.

Toeditagroup’snameorvaliditydate,click

andmakethechanges.ThenclickSave.
