Assign IP Addresses

The Camera Management workspace allows you to conﬁgure IP addresses for multiple devices at the same time. You can

• Obtain IP addresses automatically from a DHCP server

• Search for available IP addresses in a speciﬁed range

To assign IP addresses to multiple devices, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Camera Management workspace.

2. Select the de v ice s that you want to conﬁgure.

3. Open the Actions menu and select Assign IP Address.

4. Select one of the following options:

- Obtain IP addresses automatically (DHCP)

- Assign the following IP address range:

Specify the IP address range, the subne

t mask and the default router. W ildcards can be used, for example 10.93.*

5. Click Next.

6. The current IP address

and the new IP address are displayed under New IP addresses. To modify the IP address for a

device, select the device and click Edit IP.

7. Click Finish when satisﬁed with the new IP addresses.
