TheRecordbuttonisusedtorecordthecurrentvideostream.Thelocationwheretherecordingissavedcanbespeciedin

theAMCControlPanel.EnablethisbuttonfromLiveViewCong>ViewerSettings.

PTZControls

TheLiveViewpagealsodisplaysPan/Tilt/Zoom(PTZ)controls.Theadministratorcanenable/disablecontrolsforspeciedusersunder

SystemOptions>Security>Users.

WiththePTZControlQueueenabledthetimeeachuserisincontrolofthePTZsettingsislimited.Clickthebuttonstorequestor

releasecontrolofthePTZcontrols.ThePTZControlQueueissetupunderPTZ>ControlQueue.

ClicktheEmulatejoystickmodebuttonandclickintheimagetomovethecameraviewinthedirectionofthe

mousepointer.

ClicktheCentermodebuttonandclickintheimagetocenterthecameraviewonthatposition.Thecentermode

buttoncouldalsobeusedtozoominonaspecicarea.Clickintheimageanddragtodrawarectanglesurrounding

theareatobemagnied.Tozoomout,rotatethemousewheel.

ClicktheCtrlpanelbuttontoopenthePTZcontrolpanelwhichprovidesadditionalPTZcontrols.

User-denedbuttonscanalsoappearintheControlpanel.SeeControls,onpage24.

SelectthevideochanneloraPTZpresetpositiontosteerthecameraviewtothesavedposition.See

PresetPositions,onpage22.

PanandTiltbars–Usethearrowstopanandtiltthecameraview,orclickonapositiononthebartosteerthe

cameraviewtothatposition.

Zoombar–Usethearrowstozoominandout,orclickonapositiononthebartozoomtothatposition.

Focusbar–Clickonapositiononthefocusbartosetthefocusposition.Thiswilldisabletheproduct’sautofocus.To

re-enable,usethePTZcontrolpanelwhichisopenedbyclickingtheCtrlpanelbutton(seeabove).
