Set Single Line Distance (SSLD)
Sets the vertical distance between two lines.
Line distance (ldld): Distance between lines in increments of 1/1440th of an inch.
Set Character Density (SCD)
Defines the number of characters to be printed per horizontal inch.
Character per inch (cp): Valid values are:

$00 No change to present density
$05 5 characters per inch (4214)
$0A 10 characters per inch
$0B Proportional spacing (3812/5219)
$0C 12 characters per inch
