Accessing the Product
2. Provide the requested information and click OK.Thecertifica te is created and the passwo rd c an now be set securely. A ll
traffic to and from the product is encrypted from this point on.
3. Enter a password and then re -enter to confi rm the spelling. Click OK. The password has now been configured.
Note
• The default administrator user name root is permanent and cannot be deleted.
• If the passw ord for root is lost, the product must be reset to the factory default settings. See
Reset to Factory Default
Settings, on page 44
.
TheLiveViewPage
The controls and layout of the Live View page may have been customized to meet specific installation requirements and user
preferences. Consequently, some of the examples and functions featured here may differ from those displayed in your own Live View
page. The fo llow ing provides an overview of each available control.
Controls on the Live View Page
The Stream Profile drop-down list allows yo u to select a customized or pre-pro grammed stream profile. Stream
profiles are configured under Video & Audio > Stream Profiles.See
Stream Profiles, on page 15 .
Click Pulse to activate the output for a defined period of tim e , such as switching on a n ex ternal light for 20 seconds.
Click the Active/Inactive buttons to m anually start and stop a connected device — e.g. switch an external light
on and off.
The Manual Trigger button is used to trigger an action rule from the Live View page, see .
