AMCAudioControls

AMCaudiobuttonscontrolthespeakersandmicrophoneconnectedtotheclientcomputer.Thebuttonsareonlyvisiblewhen

audioisenabled.

Speakerbutton—Clicktoturnthespeakersonoroff.

Microphonebutton–Clicktomuteorunmutethemicrophone.InSimplex-speakeronlymode,theMicrophoneandTalk

buttonsmustbothbeactivetosendaudiototheAxisproduct.Clickeitherbuttontostopaudiotransmission.

Usetheslidertocontrolthevolumeofthespeakersandthemicrophone.

Half-duplexmode

TheTalk/Listenbuttonisusedtoswitchbetweensendingandreceivingaudio.Thebuttoncanbecongured

fromtheAudiotabintheAMCControlpanel:

•Push-To-Talkmode:Clickandholdthebuttontotalk/send.Releasethebuttontolisten.

•Togglemode:Clickoncetoswitchbetweentalkingandlistening.

Simplex–speakeronlymode

Tosendaudio,theTalkandMicrophonebuttonsmustbothbeactive.Clickeitherbuttontostopaudio

transmission.

PTZControls

TheLiveViewpagealsodisplaysPan/Tilt/Zoom(PTZ)controls.Theadministratorcanenable/disablecontrolsforspeciedusersunder

SystemOptions>Security>Users.

ThesecontrolsareavailableifdigitalPTZisenabledintheselectedviewareaorifaPTZdriverhasbeenuploaded.For

switchbetweenthetwooptionssee.

ClicktheEmulatejoystickmodebuttonandclickintheimagetomovethecameraviewinthedirectionofthe

mousepointer.

ClicktheCentermodebuttonandclickintheimagetocenterthecameraviewonthatposition.Thecentermode

buttoncouldalsobeusedtozoominonaspecicarea.Clickintheimageanddragtodrawarectanglesurrounding

theareatobemagnied.Tozoomout,rotatethemousewheel.

ClicktheCtrlpanelbuttontoopenthePTZcontrolpanelwhichprovidesadditionalPTZcontrols.

User-denedbuttonscanalsoappearintheControlpanel.SeeControlsonpage34.

Toviewaspecicviewareaorpresetposition,selectitfromtheSourcelist.

Focusbar–Clickonapositiononthefocusbartosetthefocusposition.Thiswilldisabletheproduct’sautofocus.To

re-enable,usethePTZcontrolpanelwhichisopenedbyclickingtheCtrlpanelbutton(seeabove).

Irisbar–Clickonapositionontheirisbartochangethedegreetowhichtheirisisopened.Thiswilldisablethe

product’sautoiris.Tore-enable,usethePTZcontrolpanelwhichisopenedbyclickingtheCtrlpanelbutton(seeabove).
