T H A NK Y O U F O R C H O O S IN G A X L E R The Axler Remora Shoulder Rig is specifically designed to add functionality to Blackmagic Design URSA Mini cameras by adding a shoulder rig that accepts the URSA Mini’s viewfinder and side handle. It features a baseplate with a shoulder pad, and receivers for two 15 mm rods so you can add a matte box or follow focus to the rig.

AT TA C HIN G T HE B A S E P L AT E Attach the baseplate to the URSA mini camera to use the shoulder rig feature, or to mount the included 15 mm rods and add an accessory such as a matte box or follow focus to the rig. Use the two slotted screws to attach the baseplate to the camera body. (Fig. 1) Fig. 1 AT TA C HIN G T HE T O P H A ND L E To attach the top handle to the URSA Mini, follow these steps: 1. Attach the viewfinder adapter plate to the base of the top handle.
A D D IN G A V IE W F IND E R To attach the URSA Viewfinder to the rig, follow these steps: 1. Follow the instructions above in Attaching the Top Handle. 2. Slide the viewfinder onto the viewfinder plate’s rails. Adjust it to the desired position, and secure it with the included thumbscrew. AT TA C HIN G T HE S ID E H A ND L E E X TENSION ARM Attach the side handle extension arm to move the URSA Mini’s side handle away from the side of the camera to a comfortable arm’s length. The extension arm also lets you balance and steady your shoulder rig while you’re shooting. 1. Align the extension arm’s rosette, rosette screw, and receiver on the baseplate. (Fig.6) 2. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This Axler product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later.
