■ Spark plug

Spark plug is easily have carbon deposit, after

operating for twenty-five hours, remove it, and

clean the electrodes with a steel wire brush. The

suitable electrode clearance of the spark plug is

0.6～0.7mm.

■ Gear case

After operating for twenty hours, you need to add grease to the gear

case .Please use a grease gun on the nipple provided.

■ Blade

Every time working for 1～2 hours, you should add grease to the

blade.

To sharpen the blade

1. Start the engine, keep the blade with low

speed, move the blade for 2mm, and stop

the engine.

2. To sharpen the blade use a suitable small flat

file or dressing stone and address the

exposed blade edge.

3. Start the engine again，stagger the blade for

2mm, then stop it . Address the newly

exposed blades as before.

4. Repeat as required.

5. Start the engine, align the blades and address the top of the blades.

■ Muffler

After operating for fifty hours, please remove the muffler, clear the

inner carbon deposit with screw driver, at the same time clean the

carbon of the outlet pipe. Fasten every screw securely.
