Custom Finishes

There is no minimum order quantity on AXOR-branded products.
The minimum order quantity is 30 on hansgrohe-branded
product, with the exception of the hansgrohe-branded products
included in this book. AXOR-branded products contain the word
"AXOR" in the description. All remaining products are branded
hansgrohe.
To determine which finishes are possible for AXOR-branded
products, please refer to the individual product listing in this price
book. Please note, not all special finishes can be offered for all

Initial requests for standard orders or projects must be emailed to:
[e-mail], including the chrome part
number and desired finish. A response will be sent within 2
business days.

• Standard orders — 50% upcharge on the chrome list price.
Regular tier discount applies.
• Projects — each job will be quoted individually for a
minimum quantity of 30 per part number.

• After request is confirmed, lead time, quote, and the terms
and conditions of sale will be issued by Hansgrohe, Inc.
• Submit customer PO to Hansgrohe, Inc. at custom-us@
hansgrohe.com.
• Customer PO must include: the custom quote number issued
by Hansgrohe, Inc., including part number provided, and a
copy of the signed terms and conditions of sale.
