CANCELING UNHEARD MESSAGES

You can cancel voice messages you have sent to other voice mailboxes, provided the

messages have not yet been heard by their recipients and they were not sent to a group

list.

To cancel unheard messages:

— While listening to the voice mail main menu, press .

— Press .

— When prompted, enter the number of the mailbox that has the unheard message.

Then you will be asked to confirm the mailbox you selected by pressing .

— It will tell you how many messages you have waiting at the mailbox and play

them for you. After each message, you can:

• Press to replay the message.

• Press to add to the message.

• Press to forward the message to another mailbox

• Press to listen to the previous message.

• Press to replay the message envelope.

• Press to listen to the next message.

• Press to save the message in your mailbox and remove it from theirs.

• Press to delete the message.
