Battery Operation

Before operating on batteries, the IHD must be plugged into
 120V AC
powerovernighttochargethebatteries.

Inbatterymode,theIHDwillautomaticallyturnthebacklightandlightarcoff
whentheIHDisinactive, toconservebatterylife.Thelightarcandbacklightwill
turnonmomentarilytoilluminatethescreenwhenabuttonispressed.

 pressandholdtherightbuttontoaccesstheConfigurationmenu,
 presstheleft(scrollsupthroughoptions)orrightbutton(scrollsdown
throughoptions)toscrollthroughthemenuoptions,
 selectthePowerOffoptionusingthemiddlebutton,and

leftbutton)toconfirmthatyouwishtoturntheIHD
off.
