ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: US6000 FULL ELECTRIC
s NOTICE: Perform the steps on this page rst after removal of bed from carton. The
Hi / Lo Motor must rst be attached to each bed section and secured with the Lanyard
BEFORE assembling the Patriot LX sections together.

1. Slide the Head or Foot Section out of the carton and lay it at, deck grid down, as shown at
right above.
2. The motor tube is secured to the end frame with a nylon shipping tie. Cut off and remove the
nylon shipping tie. Do not remove the Lanyard and Pin Assembly attached to the frame.
3. Lift the leg weldment slightly to allow the arm tube spring pins to pop out. Lower the leg
weldment until the spring pins are ush against the bed frame. Align the motor tube holes with
the motor mount U-bracket holes.
The motor tube can be extended by turning the motor tube clockwise several times if minor
adjustment is still necessary.
