US5000 / US6000: FOOTBOARD PANEL MOUNT ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

Panel Mounting Tube

Inserts oriented as shown

1. Position the Footboard at with pre-assembled Inserts oriented as shown above.

2. Position the two Vertical Braces so their Extending Bolts face downward and align with

Footboard Inserts as shown above. Ensure the Spring Lock is facing outward away from the

center.

3. Hand screw the Extending Bolts into the Inserts and HAND TIGHTEN ONLY.

4. Insert Footboard Assembly into Main Frame foot end square slots. Ensure Vertical Brace

bottom tabs seat fully into slots.

5. Ensure the Spring Lock

bottom ramp button is now

below the top inside wall of

the Main Frame Crossbrace

to secure Footboard to Main

Frame, as shown at near right.

6. Once the Footboard is

in place, tighten all four

bolts with the special hex

key supplied in your kit’s

hardware bag.

Info: To release the Footboard,

depress the Spring Lock TOP

button and lift the Footboard

up and out of the Main Frame

square holes, as shown at far

right.
