Video Input
Input - Each video input device IN 1 - IN 14 has attributes that may associat-
ed for use whenever the input is selected. Select the desired input and use the
below settings for use in the video system.
Name - Type the desired 5 character source input name.
Video Preference - Select the Video Preference (0 - 9) that will be automati-
cally associated for recall whenever it is selected for use. Select Last Used if it
is desired to leave all video settings in the “present state” when an input is
selected. See Preference Settings Video.
Brightness - Select the amount of white level correction, boost or cut, that is
needed for proper video calibration of the selected source.
Contrast - Select the amount of black level correction, boost or cut, that is needed for proper video calibration of the selected source.
Color - Select the amount color gain, boost or cut, that is needed for proper video calibration of the selected source.
Hue - Select the amount color tilt, boost or cut, that is needed for proper video calibration of the selected source.
Size and Position - Set to compensate for a source
device video over or under scan.
Horizontal Position - Set to compensate for a source
device horizontal left or right shift.
Vertical Position - Set to compensate for a source
device vertical up or down shift.
Note: Horizontal and Vertical position parameters are
only valid for correction when the “Size” correction
adjustment is set to less than or greater than 0.
Phase Adjust - For use with analog video inputs IN 1 to IN 8, adjust phase so that the selected source device video is both sharp, detailed and
has the least amount of flicker.
