1.If the keyboard is not working correctly, please check the following:
1) The Bluetooth function on the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices) is enabled.
2) The Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet.
3) The Bluetooth keyboard has power
2.If you have unwanted auto-correction or punctuation, please try to change
Wireless keyboard’s setting on your iPad:
1) Connect your iPad to Wireless keyboard.
2) Go to iPad Settings app > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard.
3) Toggle OFF Auto-Capitalization, Auto-Correction, and “.” Shortcut.

3.If the ipad keyboard can’t connect with your ipad, pls try following steps:
Delete “ipad keyboard” on bluetooth list.
Turn bluetooth of ipad on.
Restart ipad keyboard, press “fn+C” together, led light flashes.
Find “ipad keyboard” on bluetooth list and click it to connect them.
Led light turns off, connection is successful.

4.Can’t find charging cable in package, you can see below picture. If there is no
charging cable in white box, just contact seller on Amazon or our after-sale email.
